Our Mission
The AHSHC mission is to significantly increase affordable homeownership opportunities for families in Henry County with household incomes at or below 80% of the County’s area median income (AMI) through the construction of homes in the $175,000-$225,000 price range.
Who Is Eligible?
- Have a household income at or below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI) for Henry County, as defined by HUD.
- Complete a HUD-certified homebuyer education course through an approved housing counseling agency.
- Intend to use the home as their primary residence for the duration of the required affordability period.
